Each of the (4) heavy duty U-Tube burners is rated for 18,000 BTU to provide intense heat to the unique captured briquette trays, and the grill is made of solid 304 stainless steel to ensure durability and longevity. The 8mm thick stainless steel grates give a thick gauge grilling surface for professional quality grill marks, while the collected briquette trays produce even radiant heat across the 1043 sq in cooking area and minimize hot and cold zones.
